He said that robots are an important carrier of emerging technologies and key equipment for modern industries. In order to strengthen the tackling of key technologies, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of "specialized and innovative" robots enterprises and build a complete industrial chain; Secondly, in the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, China's industrial software is currently facing the problem of domestic substitution. Talking about duty performance: promoting and leading the healthy development of the industry
Aoyi News: As a representative of the Provincial People's Congress, can you talk about your performance in the past year?
Sun Zhiqiang: 2021 is a very extraordinary year, and I am more concerned about how to minimize the impact of the epidemic on industrial development. During the entire epidemic prevention and control period, various supply chains and industrial chains are facing great pressure, such as the pressure of increasing human resource costs, the pressure of increasing raw material costs, and the lack of upstream key components. For me, first of all, consider how to do a good job in my own enterprise, how to minimize risks around my robot manufacturing industry, safeguard the healthy development of the enterprise, and promote and lead the healthy development of the industry.
One way for me to assume and practice social responsibility is to strive to strengthen and expand the enterprise, empower industrial development with innovative technology, and feed back the society. In the past year, we have also faced many pressures. How to ensure that each customer's orders are delivered on time and with quality is a great test of the strength of the enterprise. For example, we have made overall planning arrangements for providing intelligent manufacturing equipment and production lines for GAC Toyota New Energy Vehicles. We have procured some key component materials in advance, prepared inventory, and overcame pressure to complete the order on time and with quality, despite rising human resources and operating costs. At the same time, in order to promote the innovative development of localized autonomous controllable industrial software, based on our years of technical accumulation, we formally established Guangzhou Feishu Industrial Software Co., Ltd. and released the first product that can be promoted and applied.
In addition, I also actively participate in various industry conferences to provide suggestions for high-quality development of the industry. For example, I participated in the 2021 (Guangzhou) China Europe Investment Cooperation Conference, based on the robot and intelligent manufacturing industry, and made suggestions and voices on opportunities and challenges in China Europe investment and economic and trade cooperation; Participate in the 2021 SME Innovation and Development Conference, and express corporate appeals and suggestions on how to vigorously support and cultivate specialized, specialized, innovative, and high-end SMEs.
Aoyi News: During the "two sessions" of Guangdong Province, what suggestions did you bring?
Sun Zhiqiang: My focus is on the robot industry. Currently, the industry has shown a very good momentum of development, and the scale of the industry is also growing rapidly. After 2020, the compound annual growth rate of the entire robot industry will reach 15%, and the revenue of robot related industries is expected to exceed 100 billion yuan in 2021.

As an important tool in human life and production, the technological development of robots and intelligent manufacturing is very important for improving production levels and promoting economic development.
How to focus on national strategies and industrial development needs, strengthen core technology research, and break through the "bottleneck" problem of robotics and intelligent manufacturing is my particular concern. Therefore, in this provincial two sessions, I bring two relevant suggestions. The first is a proposal for building a "specialized and innovative" demonstration service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of robotics and intelligent manufacturing. It is hoped that through the guidance of the "specialized and innovative" SME demonstration service platform, more small and medium-sized enterprises will dare to innovate, be willing to innovate, and be good at innovation, so as to improve the supporting cooperation system of the industrial chain in the field of robotics and intelligent manufacturing, and accelerate the formation of a group of high-tech and cutting-edge industrial clusters with independent innovation and intellectual property rights. The other is a proposal on formulating policies to promote the accelerated promotion and application of domestic industrial software. At present, domestic industrial software is facing the challenge of domestic substitution. Talking about the robot industry: strengthening the cultivation of "specialized and innovative" enterprises
Aoyi News: We understand that Ruisong Technology focuses on the field of robot intelligent manufacturing. How high are the current technical barriers in this industry, and how should we establish a technological moat?
Sun Zhiqiang: In the field of robotics and intelligent manufacturing industry, major technical equipment and system solutions applied to the automotive industry, aerospace industry, rail transit, and other fields are all important aspects of industrial development. National industries cannot move towards high-end manufacturing without automation and intelligent manufacturing. Nowadays, China's robotics and intelligent manufacturing industry is growing rapidly, constantly overcoming the core and key "bottleneck" problem, and gradually moving towards internationalization.
Taking the production and manufacturing of automobiles as an example, stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly are the four major processes and core technologies of vehicle body manufacturing, while welding and final assembly are the links with the highest technological content. Previously, welding technology and equipment were internationally monopolized, but now we have been able to completely replace imports, and our technological level has been able to achieve synchronous competition with international brands.
For a long time, China's manufacturing industry has been subject to human constraints in three key links: industrial specialized materials, industrial software and control systems, specialized production equipment, and testing systems. I believe that we should accelerate the formation of a healthy domestic supply chain cycle and build a safe and controllable industrial chain. We need to break industry boundaries and resource segmentation, open up corporate walls, promote communication, cooperation, integration, and innovation between the manufacturing industry and the software industry, materials industry, new energy industry, and other industries, and fill the research and development gaps in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fields.
